We’re building the operating system for services businesses

Most CRMs were built for product companies. Sell-and-deliver loops where the “product” ships itself once a deal closes. Services companies are different. The deal closing is the start, not the end. The next two weeks decide whether the customer becomes a fan or a refund.

The wedge

A friend of mine runs a 35-person dev agency in Bengaluru. Last year they lost a ₹60-lakh deal because the salesperson signed it on a Friday and the customer didn’t hear from delivery until the following Wednesday. The customer felt forgotten. They cancelled.

The fix isn’t more CRM. It’s automating the handoff. The moment a deal moves to won at Trendnaut: the invoice draft materialises, the contract draft materialises, the project gets created with the deal’s budget + owner + onboarding-task list, the team gets notified in chat, and customer success gets an enrollment in the right playbook. Eight artefacts, four seconds, zero re-keying.

That’s the wedge. Everything else we build sits around that.

The bet

Trendnaut is a bet that 20-100 FTE services agencies are underserved by Salesforce (too expensive, too configurable), HubSpot (built for product companies), and Zoho (broad and shallow). We’re narrow on purpose. We do deal-to-delivery deeply, with autonomous agents that propose-then-execute actions on your behalf, and we charge $10-45 per seat per month. A 5x discount from the comparable Salesforce stack.

The team

A focused team that ships every week. The surface area is deliberately narrow — sell, accelerate, operate, decide — so we go deep on each layer rather than wide on the periphery.
