Who can become a partner?+
B2B influencers, sales/CRM consultants, agencies, podcasters, newsletter writers, and anyone with a relevant audience. We approve partners individually. Quality over quantity.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly. We compute attributed revenue at the close of each calendar month, generate a payout statement, and process the transfer via Stripe Connect (global) or Razorpay (India) by the 7th of the following month.
How is attribution tracked?+
Every link uses your unique referral code (e.g., trendnautlabs.in/r/YOURCODE). Click → 30-day attribution cookie → signup → permanent customer-to-partner mapping. We hash IPs and user agents so we never store raw PII.
What's the discount for the customer?+
You decide. Default codes give your audience 20% off year 1. Elite + Strategic partners can issue larger discounts (up to 40%). Higher discount = lower commission ceiling.
Do I get commission on free-tier signups?+
No commission until they upgrade to a paid plan. But every paid plan they ever switch to (annual, upgrade, expansion) accrues commission for as long as your partnership is active.
Do partner agreements have an expiry?+
Standard partnerships are perpetual as long as you stay active (≥1 referral every 12 months). Elite + Strategic have annual reviews tied to volume.
Tax & compliance?+
You're responsible for your own tax filings on commission income. We issue annual statements (Form 1099-NEC for US partners; equivalent for other jurisdictions). India partners receive Form 26AS-aligned statements.
Can my agency become a reseller?+
Yes. That's the Strategic tier. Reach out to partners@trendnautlabs.in with a brief on your audience and we'll set up a custom agreement.
